When you interact with us through the Services, we may collect Personal Data and other information from you, as further described below:
Personal Data That You Provide Through the Services: We collect Personal Data from you (including, but not limited to, your name, email address, email content and location) when you voluntarily provide such information by
registering for access to the Services as an applicant for the Qira security deposit replacement service. Wherever Qira collects Personal Data we make an effort to provide a link to this

settings) (“Non-Personal Data”). Qira may store such Non-Personal Data itself or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by Qira affiliates, agents or service providers. The Services may use such
Non-Personal Data to assist us in providing effective Services and to collect broad demographic information for aggregate use.
Aggregated Data: In an ongoing effort to better understand and serve the users of the Services, Qira often conducts research on its customer demographics, interests and behavior based on the Personal Data, Non-Personal Data,
and other information provided to us. This research may be compiled and analyzed on a de-identified, aggregate basis, and Qira may share this aggregate data with its affiliates, agents, and business partners. This aggregate
information does not identify you personally. Qira may also disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our services to current and prospective business partners, and to other third parties for other lawful purposes.
Location Information: When you use the Services to apply for a security deposit replacement, the Services may request that you provide residential address. We may also use your location information in an
aggregate way, as described above in the "Aggregated Data" section.
Email Integrations: The Services may collect Personal Data relating to third parties stored in your email and mobile device address books, including, without limitation, names, email content, email addresses, and phone numbers
(collectively, “Third-Party Personal Data”). The Services may request your permission to access such Third-Party Personal Data. To take advantage of this feature, we will ask you to log into or grant us permission via the relevant Email
Service. When you add an Email Services account to the Services or log into the Services using your Email Services account, we will collect relevant information necessary to enable the Services to access that Email Service and your data
contained within that Email Service. As part of such integration, the Email Service will provide us with access to certain content and information that you have provided to the Email Service, and we will use, store, and disclose such
no liability or responsibility for the privacy practices or other actions of any Email Services that may be enabled within the Services.
Mobile Services: The Services include certain services that are available via a mobile device, including (i) the ability to upload content to the Services via a mobile device, (ii) the ability to browse the Platform and
Services from a mobile device, and (iii) the ability to access certain features through an application downloaded and installed on a mobile device (collectively, the "Mobile Services"). To the extent you access the Services through a
mobile device, your wireless service carrier's standard charges, data rates, and other fees may apply. In addition, downloading, installing, or using certain Mobile Services may be prohibited or restricted by your carrier, and not all
Mobile Services may work with all carriers or devices. By using the Mobile Services, you agree that we may communicate with you regarding Qira by SMS, MMS, text message, or other electronic means to your mobile device and that
certain information about your usage of the Mobile Services may be communicated to us. In the event you change or deactivate your mobile telephone number, you agree to promptly update your Qira account information to ensure
that your messages are not sent to the person that acquires your old number. We may at all times rely upon the information contained in your Qira account.
OUR USE OF PERSONAL DATA AND OTHER INFORMATION
We will hold and use the following details about you:
your name, address, phone numbers, email address, date of birth, employment and banking and financial details;
demographic and lifestyle information;
information we receive when making a decision about you, your loan or application (including information collected from the Credit Bureaus);
details of the credit you have and have had with us and all transactions;
details of when you contact us and when we contact you;
if you change your bank and your old bank informs us of your new bank account details, we will hold the new bank account details, and use them to operate your account.

We may keep details of any phone number(s) that you call us from and use them to contact you.
If you provide us with any credit or debit card details, bank routing details or other payment instruction information, either during the loan application or subsequently, we will keep those details and may use the details to take
current and future payments.
When we are managing your account, we may be given sensitive information such as medical information. We will hold and process this information to allow us to make decisions about you and your accounts with us.
References to personal information include all of the information above whether obtained from you, from a Credit Bureau or Fraud Prevention Service, from the internet or from any other source.

If you were approved for a security deposit replacement – at least 7 Years
If you were declined for a security deposit replacement - at least 3 Years
All other scenarios - at least 3 months *
* If you have opted into marketing then we will hold your contact details (email address, telephone number, name and address) for up to 36 months from the time you last interacted with us. You may opt out of this at any time by clicking
unsubscribe from any marketing communication you have received from us.

communications, updating marketing lists, analyzing data, providing support services, or other tasks from time to time. If you use the Services as a tenant, your information is shared with your landlord or prospective landlord.
If you use the Services as a landlord, your information is shared with your tenants or prospective tenants. Certain landlord information may also be posted in a public profile on the Platform.
Qira may, with your consent, use your Personal Data to contact you in the future to tell you about services we believe will be of interest to you, where permitted by applicable law. If we do so, each marketing communication we send
you will contain instructions permitting you to "opt-out" of receiving future marketing communications. In addition, if at any time you wish not to receive any future marketing communications or you wish to have your name deleted from
our marketing mailing lists, please contact us as indicated below.
We may also use your Personal Data and Third-Party Personal Data to send communications relating to the Services, in accordance with applicable laws. For example, we may send periodic emails to registered users of the Services relating to
their recent interactions with the Services. Also, if you use any feature of the Services permitting you to communicate with third parties (such as to refer a roommate to the Services), either by submitting Third-Party Personal Data to
the Services or otherwise permitting the Services to automatically access Third-Party Personal Data in your possession, you acknowledge and agree that you have the authority of the relevant third party for us to access and use the
relevant Third-Party Personal Data and that you have notified these third parties and informed them how their information is collected and used by Qira to provide the Services. We reserve the right to identify you as the person who
has made the referral in any messages that are sent to them. We may use Third-Party Personal Data to (1) contact such third party using the Third-Party Personal Data provided, and/or (2) provide you with an editable template message
designed to facilitate communication between you and such third party through the Services. In addition to sending the foregoing communications, we may also send reminders or related messages to you and to third parties on your behalf
from time to time where permitted by applicable law. In each case, any such communications sent to third parties using Third-Party Personal Data will provide a means to "opt-out" of receiving further communication of the same nature.

Qira does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not use the Services and/or submit any Personal Data through the Services. We encourage parents and
that a child under the age of 18 has provided Personal Data to Qira through the Services, please contact us at Support, and we will endeavor to delete that
information from our databases.
